got fog?

Well. My projects are done. I’m really not satisfied with a few of them. They were rushed and last minute. And it shows. There was just too much. I have worked in the ‘industry’ which this program is trying to mimic and it was NEVER as busy as the past two weeks have been. Today we displayed our work in class and a lot of people did overtly artsy visually impressive films. I *could* have done that but I choose to do a silly film about a blue box a.k.a. a recycling bin. I thought my film was cute. But I couldn’t help thinking I should have done something more intricate while watching the other films. Oh well. I still enjoyed the process (the process, the process…) and I have learned a lot.

There was crazy fog on the way home from school today. Egads. Creepy. I wish I had my camera. (I always seem to not have it on those rare days when the outside provides a wonderful tapestry for photography)

Even if you are nauseous super-naus I still love you B..

1. Do appearances matter, and why?
Matter, in the ideal world no. In the world we got, they do. Appearances matter a lot. Why do you think the most important events in our lives are formal? They matter, but no one should ever be judged solely on appearance, as challenging as it can be at times.

2. What does conformity promote?
Gah. Boredom. Banality. Stagnancy. And yet it is still important. -smirk-

3. Why do fads come in and out?
People get bored of trend x and want trend y. Once enough people are into it becomes uncool anyway…
