Congrats to my sister and Brother in Law who got an offer on their place in Collingwood. The deal isnโ€™t finalized but they have accepted the offer and it looks good so far. This was the major hurdle to climb before they could move out West. It is strange to think that they will be so far away soon. Iโ€™ve seen a lot of my sister since they moved to Collingwood. It will be sad to see her and my B.I.L. only a few times a year in the future โ€“ if that. Regardless, I wish them success and happiness in their new life in Alberta. On the bright side at least they have the Oilers and a wonderful area to explore and enjoy as I did many years ago. I look forward to having a place to crash in Alberta!

Today was a pretty laborious day. I moved the remaining mountain of dirt off the driveway into gardens in the backyard. This took hours. Ask my back how much I enjoyed it. But it feels good to have gotten it done. In the evening a neighbour helped us install a toilet in the upstairs washroom. It wasnโ€™t a straight forward easy installation due to the manner in which things were originally installed in the house. It seems done. Just need a longer hose to connect the water and test it ~ and pray for a dry leak proof crapper.
