Not really news (link now 404/spam - Jan/24) I guess, but George Bush has become the lowest of the low. He is the most hated President EVER. Most interesting… within the comments for the article was this comment :

Thanks Bush, you’re almost there. Just invoke NSPD-51 and it will be complete. As a reminder, President Bush on May 9th, 2007 signed a presidential directive (NSPD-51) that would allow him full control of the government and the country without congressional oversight. All it will take is a national crisis that doesn’t even need to take place in the western hemisphere, and we will have ourselves a true dictator. No election, no Congress, no Constitutional government. It’s that simple. Would he really sign such an order if he wasn’t seriously considering using it?
