glug glug glug

For something different B. and I decided to take up an offer and join some friends for New Year’s Eve. Suzanne and Kevin are friends we met through our dog. They own one of Tanga’s littermates (Cairo). We see them every so often but this is the first time we stayed over for a night. It was a lot of fun. We got to meet a lot of their friends. Most of them seemed like great people Suz’s best friend Karen took some time to try and make B. and I feel comfortable at the party after we first arrived. I’m usually pretty shy with large groups of people I don’t know. But everyone warmed up as the night wore on (and more booze was consumed…) There was tons of yummy food all night and I enjoyed a good deal of rum. (Feeling it today though – oi!) We played some games after midnight, Pictionary and Taboo. Funny how many Type A Personalities there were playing. Phew.
