Well, what is there to do when it's 36C? Find water to cool off in of course! Yes we drove past Collingwood to Christie Beach to find the water. It is a decent beach. The water floor had sections of lovely sand and sections of, what I'm guessing, was a gross mixture of vegetation that you'd sink into. A bit gross but the real problem at this beach was the invasion of unrelenting biting flies. I've never seen anything like it. They were particular hard on the dogs, especially Edie. They covered her at times. It was awful. They even followed her into the water. We were in and out of the water with dogs, without dogs all afternoon. Brian and Phil joined us and were good company all afternoon. It was pretty busy. Lots of selfish and stupid people. One lady with her unleashed little dog that wandered (and came close to our camp once) if didn't intervene not sure what our dogs would have done to it. And people with their obnoxious music. Like, three our four all different and loud - so all you get a brutal cacophony of noise. Thanks for that! We wanted to stop for food in Stayner but it was blocked by some sort of fire emergency. So we picked another place, Honey's chicken, and it was ALSO closed. Meh. We tried stopping for a burger bus and missed it closing by 15m. I mean WTF.
Bloody hell, TFC lost a win in the last minute on a penalty kick. Sigh.

OH THE SUNBURNS! I think Bdot is worse than I'm (some areas are watermelon colour) but I've got some ouchie spots too. Must. Respect. Sun.
I did like the SUSE Tumbleweed install but it's been replaced with Manjaro. I'm running Manjaro on everything now... eeee....
