Ingredients:
- 3 Sherwoodβs noodle nestsβ£
- 450 grams of chicken breastβ£
- 40 grams of peanut butterβ£
- 200 ml of light coconut milkβ£
- 20 ml of soy sauce (dark)β£
- 2.25 tablespoons (10 grams) of red curry pasteβ£
- 50 grams of onionβ£
- 1 medium red bell pepperβ£
- 10 ml of sesame oilβ£
- 4 cloves of garlicβ£
- 1 tablespoon of ginger pasteβ£
- Basilβ£
The Process:
- Throw everything into the slow cooker - expect the noodles.β£
- Let it cook for around five hours on low heat. Alternatively, cook it for 2 to 3 hours on high if you have less time.β£
- After the initial cooking time, add your noodles.β£
- Leave it for another hour so the noodles go all noodley.β£
- Serve and enjoy.β£
