Oat bars

Ingredients:

The Process:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease or line a 9x13 pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat butter + sugars until smooth and creamy.
  3. Mix in eggs one at a time, then vanilla. In another bowl, whisk flour, oats, salt, baking soda + baking powder. Add dry to wet and stir until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Press dough evenly into the pan.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden on top. Let cool before slicing into bars!
