Tenderloin Rub
Ingredients:
- 2.5 tsp kosher or course salt
- 2 tbs smoked paprika
- ¼ cup brown sugar, light or dark
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp ground mustard
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp garlic powder
The Process:
Trim fat from loins and cover in olive oil
Mix dry Ingredients together well
Rub all over the loins
Refrigerate for 1-4hr
