Enough!?

I talked to my boss today about my salary… which hasn’t changed since my job title and role changed. It is a pretty major role change, from QA Lead to Producer… so I was *expecting* (and I felt I have earned and deserved) a substantial raise. Well… my boss said he is requesting the highest raise in the company for me, what ends up being a 11.7% raise. 🙂 Additionally, my bonuses are also changed. So I should break the figure I was hoping to make after this is implemented. Assuming it all passes. (He also mentioned another review in 6m to 1 year with another decent raise possibly.) YAAA!
