Beef Burgers
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
- ** optional - if you use ground Turkey or Chicken - omit the eggs and double or triple the breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 Cup breadcrumbs
- 1 TBS Perfect Spice (if available otherwise salt and pepper)
- 1 TBS Garlic Powder
- 1 TBS Worcestershire
- 1 TBS Dijon Mustard
- 3 Cloves of garlic (finely chopped and sauteed)
- 1 TBS Parsley
- One finely chopped and sauteed small purple, sweet or green Onion
- Half finely chopped and sauteed Red Pepper
- ** optional - 1-3 TBS Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce/Chipotle Sauce
- ** optional - 1 TBS Chipotle Sauce (ideally smoky flavour)
The Process:
Mix really well together then form into patties
Makes 5 4oz burgers
